The Charder HM200S Wall Growth Chart can be used for patients of all ages, ideal for maintaining long term growth notes. The Growth Chart tracks height up to 6 ft 6 in (198 cm) and measures in increments of 0.25 in (0.5 cm). The Height Measuring Chart begins at 0 and is applied to the wall starting at floor level. The Measuring Chart features wide margins designed to provide sufficient room for handwritten notes. The Height Chart contains 1-mil polyester laminated covering and is backed with adhesive, making the Wall Chart easy to place on any clean, dry and smooth surface. Black text over a white background offers clearly labeled reference points even under natural lighting conditions.
