This Oetiker 18500065 service kit contains stainless steel two-ear clamps and a pair of side jaw pincers for clamping hose clamps in a variety of diameters. The blades of the pincers are set on the side of the jaws for applications most easily serviced by clamping parallel to the application. The two ears of this clamp have nearly double the clamping force of one-ear clamps and apply the force more uniformly for reduced thermal and vibrational expansion. They are also stainless steel for resisting scaling and corrosion for at least 800 hours of exposure to salt spray in compliance with Deutsches Institut für Normung-English International Organization for Standardization (DIN EN ISO) standard 9227.
